New REALTOR® Member Application
This form is for new Realtors® joining the association for the first time or for Realtors® who do not currently belong to a surrounding association. The form requires your brokers signature and must be emailed or faxed (703) 771-9787 to DAAR prior to your new member appointment. (Your new member appointment will be set-up once our staff recieves your new member application.)
Association Transfer Form
Are you already a member of a local association but wish to transfer to the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS®? Please fill out this short form and the lockbox/key transfer form. (Only if you wish to transfer your lockboxes and lockbox key to DAAR.) Both forms can be emailed or faxed (703) 771-9787. Once we have the forms, a DAAR staff member will contact you to set an appointment to complete your transfer and welcome you to your new association.
Lockbox & Key Transfer Form
This form is needed to transfer lockboxes and lockbox keys into our system from your past association. This form should accompany the Association transfer form.
Secondary Association Member Form
Already a member of a local association but want to enjoy what DAAR has to offer? Just fill out and email or fax (703) 771-9787 this form and start taking advantage of DAAR services, events, and education classes.
Member Change/Termination Form
This form is for members who are changing firms, updating addresses, or leaving our association.
Affiliate Member Form
This form is for non-Realtors® whose business works closely with real estate professionals such as pest control, title and settlement, home inspection, home improvement contractors, mortgage companies, etc...
