    Please review our transfer, refund & cancellation policies corresponding to the course you are registered for. Due to seating & class availability, all class registrants must comply with the policies set below. The policies set forth are not intended to hinder or impede a registrant's educational experience, but meant to help guide a registrant when unexpected events occur.     60 HOURS PRINCIPLES OF REAL ESTATE COURSE

    Transfer, Refund & Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all class registrants. Cancellation requests (phoned or written) will be accepted through 4:30pm 7 calendar days preceding each module. All paid tuition other than the $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received in writing and directed to Allan Marteney, within 15 days after the modules start date. Two excused absences will be permitted, provided that the student turns in all required assignments corresponding to the missed classes.

    NEW MEMBER ETHICS & ORIENTATION COURSE

    Transfer, Refund & Cancellation Policy: Registrants who fail to attend & don't notify us before the start of class will be charged a $35.00 NO SHOW fee. All registrants that notify us of their need to cancel or transfer class registrations prior to the start of class will not be assessed the NO SHOW fee.

    CONTINUING EDUCATION & POST LICENSE EDUCATION CLASSES

    Transfer, Refund & Cancellation Policy: A $5.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all class registrants. Cancellation requests (phoned or written) will be accepted through 4:30pm 7 calendar days preceding each module. All paid tuition other than the $5.00 non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. However, you will be charged a cancellation fee that is ½ the cost of the class. Registrants who fail to attend & don't notify us before the start of class will be charged the full class amount and no refunds will be issued. Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received in writing and directed to Allan Marteney, within 15 days after the modules start date.

    ABR CORE, ABR ELECTIVE AND GRI DESIGNATIONS(VAR'S CANCELLATION POLICY)

    Transfer, Refund & Cancellation Policy: ABR: A $25.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all class registrants. GRI: A $20.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all class registrants. Cancellation requests (phoned or written) will be accepted through 4:30pm 7 calendar days preceding each module. All paid tuition other than the $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received in writing and directed to Allan Marteney, within 15 days after the modules start date.

    BROKERAGE SERIES COURSES (45 HOURS)

    Transfer, Refund & Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all class registrants. Cancellation requests (phoned or written) will be accepted through 4:30pm 7 calendar days preceding each module. All paid tuition other than the $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received in writing and directed to Allan Marteney, within 15 days after the modules start date.
